New Features​

Share Reports and Files​

The new 'Share' feature in dReveal Enterprise v1.1 allows users to share reports and files with specific individuals or groups. This enhancement facilitates better collaboration and more efficient distribution of important documents within your organization. Users can easily select the folders or reports they wish to share and choose the recipients, whether they are individual users or predefined groups.

Groups​

The introduction of 'Groups' in this release enables users to create and manage groups of individuals. This feature simplifies the sharing process by allowing users to share folders and reports with an entire group rather than selecting individuals one by one. Users can create groups, assign members, and manage group settings with ease. Additionally, groups can be edited or removed as needed, providing flexibility in managing team collaborations.

The following image illustrates how a group for 'Human Resources' can be added to group individuals into the relevant group.
